KIEV, June 8 - Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on Friday invited Anglo-Dutch Shell to participate in upcoming tenders for development of two major deep-water offshore Black Sea natural gas fields, the government’s press service reported.

Azarov, who met Graham Tiley, the head of Shell in Ukraine, praised the company for its plans to invest in the country’s energy sector following the company’s recent victory at a tender to develop on-shore shale gas project.
