KIEV, May 31 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has ordered the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry to carry out all the formalities for the agreement on Russia's loan for the construction of the third and fourth power units at Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant.

"Russia has decided to issue a loan for the construction of the third and fourth power units at Khmelnytsky. I order the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry to start formalizing this agreement," he said during a government meeting on Thursday.
