VIENNA, May 24 – Relations between Brussels and Kiev will hopefully return to normal soon, so the Association Agreement, including a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, can be signed, European Investment Bank President Werner Hoyer said.

"Unfortunately, the deep and comprehensive free trade area agreement, which is a part of the Association Agreement, has not been signed yet. But I hope that future political developments in Ukraine will help Ukraine and the EU return their relations to normal soon," he said in Vienna on Thursday, while opening a conference entitled "Eastern Partnership for Growth" organized by the EIB.
