KIEV, May 3 – The size of kickbacks in the field of public procurement in Ukraine has more than tripled in the last eight years and reached 60%, according to Oleksiy Khmara, president of TORO Creative Union, the contact group of Transparency International in Ukraine.

"They are currently taking up to 50-60%, depending on the industry - first and foremost in the construction and pharmaceutical sectors," he said.
