KIEV, April 17 - Ukraine's biggest power and coal mining company DTEK will pay 660 million hryvnias, or $82.5 million, for 50% stake in DniproOblEnergo, the country’s largest power distributor, the State Property Fund announced Tuesday.
DTEK was declared the winner of a tender to buy the stake after outbidding Luhanske Energetychne Obiednannia, or LEO. The tender was organized by the SPF, an agency in charge of selling off state assets.
