KIEV, March 19 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said that he sees no objective reason for Standard & Poor’s lowering of its outlook on Ukraine sovereign credit ratings.
"There is no objective reason to downgrade Ukraine's ratings," the PM wrote on his page in Facebook on Friday.
The premier noted that in January Ukraine saw a budget surplus, and its economic growth was positively estimated. He also stressed that the ratio of government debt to gross domestic product is falling and is much lower than in most European countries.
