KIEV, March 13 – President Viktor Yanukovych has said that the visit of his Turkmen counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow to Ukraine is a great honor for him.

At a meeting with Berdimuhamedow in Kiev on Tuesday, Yanukovych congratulated his counterpart on his victory in presidential elections, describing the choice of the Turkmen people as "a wise decision."
