KIEV, Feb. 28 - Russian oil major TNK-BP on Tuesday urged the Ukrainian government to lower taxes on oil refineries and to restrict imports of gasoline and diesel fuel by hiking duties and imposing quotas.

Didier Casimiro, the chairman of TNK-BP’s Ukrainian operation, said these measures would help Ukraine to avoid massive closures of oil refineries in the near future.
