KIEV, Feb. 21 - Talks between Kiev and Moscow on the delimitation of the maritime stretch of the joint border and of the Kerch Strait are almost over, State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said in Ukraine.

"The work and talks on the delimitation of the maritime stretch of our border and the Kerch Strait is nearing completion," he said in an interview with ICTV television, broadcast on Monday evening.

Naryshkin also said that Ukrainian and Russian experts have done a large amount of work settling issues pertaining to the demarcation of the common border and experts are starting field work.
