KIEV, Feb. 8 – The order portfolio of state-run enterprise Ukrspecexport and its subsidiaries for the period until 2014-2016 has been evaluated at over $5 billion, Ukrspecexport Director General Dmytro Perehudov said.
"The order portfolio of Ukrspecexport and its subsidiaries for next three to five years totals over $5 billion, according to preliminary calculations. These are realistic figures - this is not an over-optimistic forecast," he said.
Perehudov said that Ukrspecexport posted successful financial and economic indicators for 2011.
"Over the past three years, the export and import transactions of Ukrspecexport grew by one fourth, and in 2011 we reached a figure of $1 billion," he said, adding that the financial and economic indicators of the company's operation are growing despite the continuing downturn and worsening of the situation in the global economy.
