KIEV, Dec. 29 - Ukraine warned Russia it will reduce imports of natural gas dramatically next year unless the parties negotiate lower gas prices, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Boyko said Thursday.

The warning shows the parties haven’t made significant progress in gas talks, with Ukraine seriously considering other options, such as cutting Russian gas imports and replacing them with domestically produced coal.
