KIEV, Dec. 28 – The law on Ukraine's state budget for 2012 does not include enough spending on development projects and the mechanisms of the transparent allocation of funds, First Deputy head of Ukraine's Presidential Administration Iryna Akimova said.

"That's why the president will raise the question of its speedy review – not after the first quarter [of 2011], but earlier," she told journalists in Kiev on Wednesday.

Akimova said that the need to review the budget was not related to gas talks with Russia.
