KIEV, Dec. 12 – Parliament has obliged the state to buy nuclear fuel, and services for its production, storage and processing, under a procedure for purchasing from one bidder.

A total of 268 out of 294 lawmakers registered in the session hall supported at second reading the law on the specifics of purchase of fuel assemblies for nuclear reactors.

According to the document, the customer does not have to explain the application of a procedure for the purchase from one bidder.
