KIEV, Dec. 1 - Ukraine’s oil refiners may face new pressure soon as the government considers providing tax breaks for imports of crude by national energy company Naftogaz Ukrayiny, a government source said Thursday.

Prime Minister Mykola Azarov is due to hold a meeting with other government officiasls on Friday to discuss legislation providing the tax breaks, according to the source.
