KIEV, Nov. 23 – Ukrtransnafta, a monopolist in oil transportation in the country, has announced that Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery, Poltava region) won a tender to refine around 300,000 tons of Azeri light oil at Ukrainian oil refineries in the fourth quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of 2012.

According to a posting on the Economic Development and Trade Ministry's Web site, the acceptation date is November 17, 2011, while the agreement is to be signed by December 16, 2011.
