KIEV, Sept. 30 – Ukrainian confectionaries could loose around $50 million due to duties on imports of sweets being introduced by Kazakhstan, according to Oleksandr Baldyniuk, president of the Ukrkondprom Association.
He said that the figure could considerably grow due to a fall in demand in affiliated sectors, in particular, in the sugar and flour segments.
Baldyniuk also said that the similar duties could be introduced on the territory of the whole Customs Union.
