KIEV, Sept. 12 – Ukraine’s Higher Economic Court has cancelled a lower rulings ordering the return to state ownership of a privatized 68.01% stake in Zaporizhia aluminum plant (ZAlK).

The court has sent the case for a repeated hearing at Kiev Economic Court, Ihor Khotei, the deputy chairman of the State Property Fund, said at a meeting of an ad-hoc parliament commission for privatization held last week.
