KIEV, Sept. 9 – Kiev’s Pechersky District Court has completed the judicial inquiry into the gas case against ex-Prime Minister and Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko and may soon render a verdict.

The news comes as international criticism mounts over the government’s handling of the case.

"The court has examined all the requests filed through the court's chancellery, regarding the judicial inquiry," presiding Judge Rodion Kireyev said at a court session on Thursday.
