KIEV, Aug. 12 – The Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Ministry expects in September to sign a credit agreement worth EUR 200 million with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to finance the second stage of the reconstruction of hydroelectric power plants of the Dnipro and Dniester cascades.

The ministry reported, referring to the director of the strategic policy, investment and nuclear and energy complex department at the ministry, Mykyta Konstantinov, the draft credit agreements was initialed at talks on August 8-12 in London.
