KIEV, Aug. 4 - Karpatnaftokhim (Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region) is intending to reach its planned suspension polyvinylchloride (PVC-S) production capacity in September 2011, said Serhiy Chmykhalov, the company's director general.

He said that in July the company produced 12,500 tons of PVC-S, and in August the company will produce around 18,000 tons, while from September it plans to produce 25,000 tons of PVC-S per month.
