KIEV, Aug. 3 – National commissions that regulate natural monopolies on the securities, financial services, communications, energy and utilities markets are a state collegiate authority headed by a commission chairman and consisting of six members and central staff, according to a new law.
The unified requirement is stipulated in the law on amendments to some Ukrainian laws on national commissions that regulate natural monopolies on the communications, IT, securities and financial service markets, which was passed by Parliament on July 6 and signed by the president on Tuesday.
