KIEV, July 15 – Dnipropetrovsk-based Interpipe pipe and wheel company, a manufacturer of railway wheels, has apparently run into difficulty paying for a $200 million bond issue it offered in 2007.

In a letter to noteholders, the company asked that they consider certain waivers of events of default and potential events of default contained in the notes and modifications to the conditions of the notes, according to an official letter of its tabulation agent, Deutsche Bank, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine.
