KIEV, July 12 – Former premier Yulia Tymoshenko has said that the dispute over agreements on the sale and purchase of OJSC Kryvorizhstal between the State Property Fund and the investor is a case of "black PR."

"It's likely that this is black PR, black propaganda pouring from all TV channels," Tymoshenko said while commenting on the hearing of the lawfulness of the signing of an annex to the agreement on the sale and purchase of OJSC Kryvorizhstal between the SPF and ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih by the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine.
