KIEV, May 19 – The amendments to the legislation on public procurement adopted by Parliament lay down transparent rules for tender procedures that comply with international standards, Regions Party MP Oleksiy Plotnikov said.

"In general, I would like to note that the European Commission and the World Bank, which considered this bill, positively assessed the amendments," the press service of the Regions Party quoted the MP as saying.
