KIEV, May 5 - Ukraine after 1.5 years has returned a UAH 400 million bid deposit on the privatization of Odessa port-side chemical plant to Nortima, according to the Web site of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"On April 29, the State Treasury returned a UAH 400 million bid deposit that was paid by Nortima as tender guarantees on the privatization of Odessa port-side chemical plant in September 2009," a posting reads.
