KIEV, April 29 – A meeting between Ukrainian Fuel and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Boyko and Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller in Moscow on April 28 saw the start of a countdown of 30 days, during which the sides can resolve problems with the January 2009 agreement on supplies of Russian gas to Ukraine through talks, an Internet publication has reported.
After this period the issue may be sent to the Stockholm arbitration court, according to the zn.ua Web site. Interfax-Ukraine has not managed to get a confirmation or a refutation of the information from official sources.
