KIEV, March 28 – The general tariff for the supply of natural gas to Ukrainian consumers is to grow by 11% or by UAH 25.70 on April 1 to UAH 259.70 per thousand cubic meters.

The new tariff was approved at a meeting of the National Energy Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NERC) on March 24.

The average tariff for the transportation of natural gas using main pipelines for Ukrtransgaz was retained at the previous level – UAH 91.70 per thousand cubic meters (VAT not included), while the tariff for the transportation of gas using gas distribution pipelines will grow by 18.1% or UAH 25.70, to UAH 168 per thousand cubic meters (VAT not included).
