KIEV, March 23 – Ukraine’s sensitive pension reform proposal, which increases retirement age, may be delayed by a month or two, postponing a $1.55 billion installment from the International Monetary Fund, a senior official said Wednesday.

Deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Tyhypko said the government was criticized by President Viktor Yanukovych for not explaining the benefits of the reform to the people.
