KIEV, March 22 – Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry will demand an explanation from the Israeli ambassador of the alleged kidnapping of a Palestinian in Ukraine and transfer to an Israeli prison cell.

The diplomatic move comes after Ukraine’s SBU security service and police said they had never been asked by Israel to help with the arrest of Dirar Abu Sisi on February 19.
