KIEV, Feb. 25 – Incumbent President Viktor Yanukovych could win the presidential election if it took place this Sunday, according to a phone poll conducted by Kiev Gorshenin Institute of Management Issues.

The results of the poll, which took place on February 14-23, were announced at a press conference in Kiev.
