KIEV, Feb. 18 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny will have to return 12.1 billion cubic meters in monthly payments to Swiss-registered gas trader RosUkrEnergo this year, as per a ruling by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, reads a memorandum by the Ukrainian authorities to the International Monetary Fund.

According to the document of December 10, 2010 published on Friday, the scheme also foresees that Naftogaz will receive immediately $1.5 billion in payment for RUE's debt to Naftogaz (equivalent to the value of the debt minus a $200 million fine).
