KIEV, Feb. 7 – Former President Viktor Yushchenko, after recently meeting the secretive governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, Serhiy Arbuzov, said Monday that the man did not have experience to run the central bank.

“This person has no experience to work in the central bank,” Yushchenko said at a press conference.
