KIEV, Feb. 7 – The introduction of duties for imported petroleum products in Ukraine will not solve the current problems in the oil-refining sector, according to Rompetrol-Ukraine Ltd. Director General Vladyslav Rusnak.
"The duty for imports would only freeze the existing problems of the oil refining area, and some of them, such as smuggling, duty free imports and illegal production, will even worsen," the press service of Rompetrol-Ukraine said, citing Rusnak.
