KIEV, Jan. 13 - DTEK, Ukraine’s largest privately owned energy holding company, reports it has signed an agreement with the State Property Fund on the leasing of property of the Dobropilliavuhillia state-run enterprise (Donetsk region) for 48 years.
The company says that DTEK Dobropilliavuhillia won a tender for the privatization of the company's property.
DTEK plans to invest UAH 2 billion in the development of Dobropilliavuhillia within five years, boosting coal extraction at Dobropilliavuhillia's coalmines from 2.8 million tons to 5.2 million tons per year by 2015.
