KIEV, Jan. 11 – Shareholders in Simferopol-based Chornomornaftogaz at an extraordinary general meeting on January 21 plan to consider increasing the company's statutory fund 27.6-fold or by UAH 10 billion, to UAH 10.377 billion.

According to a company report in the mass media, the issue of the additional private placement of 10 billion ordinary nominal shares with a face value of UAH 1 each was put on the agenda of the shareholders' meeting.
