KIEV, Dec. 24 - The Industrial Union of Donbass is finishing talks with international creditors on the restructuring of its debt and hopes to sign the agreement in January-February 2011, said ISD Vice President Oleksandr Pylypenko.

"It's likely that in January-February the agreement would be signed," he said.

Pylypenko did not disclose the conditions and the size of the debt, adding that the debt now is less than $3 billion, while information from media reports that the debt was $3 billion is untrue.
