KIEV, Dec. 7 - President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee to clarify the situation with tax-free oil imports to the country, AMC acting head Yuriy Kravchenko has reported.

"Another factor that influences pricing is fuel imports under preferential terms. On Friday we received an instruction from the president to clarify the situation: How Livela brought the products to the country, what are the losses to the national budget, and how much these benefits helped the market," he told journalists in Kiev.
