KIEV, Oct. 27 - Russia has preliminarily agreed to move at least 25 million metric tons of its crude oil for export annually via Ukrainian pipelines during the next five years, Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko said Wednesday.

The framework agreement was signed during the visit by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and after talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Mykola Azarov in Kiev.
