KIEV, Oct. 25 – The Ukrainian cabinet could prolong grain export quotas if domestic prices grow, according to Leonid Kozachenko, the president of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation.
"It's obvious that after December 31, 2010 we'll see that if the quotas are canceled, the price of grain will grow by 40%. I think that there will be a fear of this happening and the quotas will be prolonged. It's 90% certain that this will happen," he said at a press conference.
