KIEV, Oct. 25 – The BYT has denied all accusations of U.S. auditors and the Chief Audit Department of Ukraine.

"If there were a fact of embezzlement, I would have asked about this by investigators, as I was called to examinations several times and neither Prosecutor General's Office nor SBU asked me about the embezzlement revealed by the chief audit department," former first vice premier Oleksandr Turchynov said on TV talk show Shuster Live late on October 22, commenting the results of the chief audit department's checks.

"If they have found any kopeck of the budget funds spent for the Yulia Tymoshenko's election campaign, I would not have talked to you now, but was in jail," he said.
