KIEV, Oct. 21 - Russia and Ukraine will shortly discuss amending a 10-year natural gas agreement by trying to change a formula setting gas prices every quarter, First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev said Thursday.

The discussion will take place during Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to Kiev on Oct. 27 and his talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Mykola Azarov.
