KIEV, Oct. 13 – The price of a 92.79% stake in OJSC Ukrtelecom soon to be put up for sale will be UAH 11-12 billion, according to analysts of investment companies polled by Interfax-Ukraine.

"I expected that the price of Ukrtelecom at the auction will not exceed UAH 11 billion," an analyst of Concorde Capital, Yehor Samusenko, said.

He said that the buyer would have to include in the purchase price around UAH 100 million to pay the debt on dividends, UAH 200 million to create a special communications network and transfer it to the state and around UAH 0.7-1 billion to pay subsidies to those employee who would be dismissed within three years of the company's privatization.
