KIEV, Oct. 11 - Moody's Investors Service Inc. raised the outlook on Ukraine's credit rating to stable from negative Monday, citing an improvement in the country's external liquidity position since it agreed to a new financing program with the International Monetary Fund.
"A stronger external position along with the economic recovery has reduced Ukraine's susceptibility to financial stress," said Dietmar Hornung, a senior credit officer in Moody's sovereign risk group and lead analyst for Ukraine.
