SIMFEROPOL, Oct. 11 – Ukraine and Russia will start preparations for the construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait to be completed by 2014, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Vasyl Dzharty announced.

Dzharty said this after returning from Gelendzhik, where he participated in the first Russian-Ukrainian interregional economic forum, which chaired by the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, according to the main information policy department of the Crimean Council of Ministers.
