TALLIN, Oct. 6 – Five-to-seven years are needed at most to reform the economic structure of Ukraine, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said at a press conference in Tallin on Tuesday after a meeting with his Estonian counterpart Andrus Ansip.
According to Azarov, populist measures by some political forces of Ukraine led to the fact that no reserves were created to combat the economic crisis.
"At present we should be flexible in relation to the new conditions," the premier said.
