KIEV, Sept. 22 – President Viktor Yanukovych has ordered the government to organize an effective system for the timely reimbursement of legally declared value-added tax (VAT) from the budget, the president's press service reported.

"To prevent negative social and economic consequences connected with the problem of untimely VAT reimbursement from the budget, and to improve the financial conditions for businesses, the president requires the government to organize an effective system of timely reimbursement of legally declared VAT," reads the report.
