KIEV, Sept. 9 - Ukraine is near a deal with Kazakhstan over resumption of Kazakh crude oil supplies to the European Union via Ukrainian oil pipelines, First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev said.
“The deal to supply 6 million metric tons of Kazakh oil per year via Ukrainian pipelines is almost done. We only discuss some technical issues,” Kliuyev said Wednesday after a meeting of an intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation.
