KIEV, Sept. 8 - Former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of Ukraine’s largest opposition party, on Wednesday criticized the government for plans to sign an amicable agreement with U.S. oil company Vanco Energy.

The agreement, which would end two years of litigation between the government and Vanco, covers investments in exploration and development of offshore oil and gas deposits in the Black Sea.
