KIEV, Aug. 27 – Ukraine's Finance Ministry on Friday issued the second tranche of government domestic loan bonds worth almost UAH 2.05 billion to repay delayed value-added tax refunds (VAT bonds).

"The approved register includes 217 taxpayers [who will receive securitized VAT refunds]. The overall sum of VAT refunds in bonds is UAH 2,047,815,000," the ministry said in a statement on its official Web site.
