KIEV, Aug. 25 - Ukraine will seek to renegotiate its key 10-year natural gas agreement with Russia because its terms are “extremely unfavorable,” Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said on Wednesday.

The agreement, which ended three-week gas supply disruptions between Russia and the European Union via Ukraine in January 2009, had set a special formula to calculate quarterly natural gas prices that Ukraine pays Russia.
